Neighbors Asking for Estimates

As I was working on a beautiful property in Hamilton Virginia earlier today I was approached by a clients’ neighbor who wanted my business card. I happily provided him with my card and asked if it was alright if I stopped by after I was done working to give an estimate to him and his lovely wife.

After I walked my client around their house to make sure they were completely happy with the work, I received the thumbs up from both hands, so to speak. So, I packed up and walked over and met a great couple who showed me around their home and I provided them with a quote that factored in their home and garage with some misc. work. The lovely wife said during our meeting that she had to nudge the husband on to ask me to come over and quote their home for the work while I was busy working on their neighbors home.

The husband is a gentleman and quite capable to do the work himself but he finds himself pulled in another direction at this time, so I hope they take me up on my quote for the work. I always welcome quote requests from neighbors when I am in the neighborhood.
