The Home Owner Association’s around Leesburg, Purcellville and Ashburn have been busy sending notices to home owners and renters about dirty siding, steps, roofs and driveways. As a result, I have been busy providing estimates and performing the work necessary to get people back into HOA compliance and avoiding heavy fees imposed by HOA’s. The services that I provide like power washing, window cleaning, gutter clean out, roof cleaning etc, are less expensive than the fees that HOA charge for non compliance.
